Kagura is very open, excitable, very emotional, strong-willed and emphatic person who puts all her heart and effort into the things she does She holds her captain, in high regard and always tries to impress him in any way possible, Enthusiastic about machinery, especially with her work even if she has to ruin her uniform to do so. She is stubborn and straightforward, often calling others out for their weaknesses and delusions. Though she shares this trait with her father. she is a bit more tactful with her honesty and usually only displays this side of herself to her closest relations. Kagura's stout heart allows her to make difficult and dangerous choices very easily so long as they coincide with her strong sense of duty and morality. Contributed to by both of these characteristics is her willingness to work with almost excessive devotion on the maintenance she undertakes for the sake of the people who depend on her, going so far as to take multiple consecutive overnight workshop sessions and travel long distances without hesitation in order to ensure their prompt and proper completion. Kindhearted and empathetic, Kagura is the type of person who consistently tries her best to aid and support the people around her. She is very sensitive to the pain of others and has been known to cry frequently on behalf of people who won't cry for themselves, earning her the distinction of being a bit of a "crybaby" in Neij’s eyes. As one who values family (immediate and extended) above most other things, she is a bit of a worrier and concerns herself with the welfare of people she cares about. Kagura is most at home near cranking gears, whirring bearings the banging of a hammer to hot steel, the feel of fire on her face and the smell of oil and becomes giddy when given the opportunity to interact with and learn about such things. However, on the other side of her sensitive and emotional nature is a temper that easily rivals - if not overshadowing her captains. When insulted, hurt or embarrassed, she is prone to lash out violently, in which she is prone to throwing fits over the smallest of things, mostly for person mistreatment of tools or weapons her division made. Appearance
Kagura is that of a young woman with hazel eyes, she has a tone physic from working the forge but she hadn't lost her attractive feminine curves, though her breasts aren't as big as some of the other girls, they are still a C cup. Though multiple people have commented on her ladylike beauty in public, Kagura is an unabashed tomboy and spends much of her time dressed in her uniform or mechanic's garb. She wears the standard Shinigami robes in the overall style of dress is reminiscent of the steampunk culture., though her sleeves were very long. She also wears a heat and fire retardant short bloomers and sports bra under her uniform, her gloves are also flame and heat retardant perfect for handling the heat of metalworking and weapon smith protects her hands, instead of the standards footwear Kagura wears a special pair of boots, like the rest of her attire; it has the same heat resistant properties, along with a set of blacksmith goggles designed in the steampunk fashion atop her neck length carrot orange hair or  she ties her hair back with a characteristic bandanna. Just as her captain, Kagura also has a tool belt instead of a sash. When on her off time Kagura will wear either a the latest in steampunk fashion or she is quite partial to light-colored tank tops and short skirts and sandals in public. Additionally when Kagura is home she is her nightclothes which is her tank top and panties with house slippers.

History

Kagura grew up with her father and grandmother, in a small blacksmith hut on the outskirts of town of Killarney, she would work at home while her father forged tools and weapons for the villagers. Her mother died in childbirth and her father would spend his days working or drinking. She was doted on by her paternal grandmother, the young girl was never lacking in the abundance of love and other small-town pleasures. However, her comfortable life took a blow when her father died of illness from then on, Kagura remained in the solitary care of her grandmother. Sometime later, The Great Famine hit her village killing 1 million people in the whole country Kagura and her grandma included. Kagura was lucky to have her grandmother join her in the soul society. Live wasn’t much different from live in her village in Ireland, though she was picked on because of her hair and accent.  Her and her grandmother lived in Inuzuri (戌吊, Howling Dog) was hard but Kagura made it work. Barely able to survive there while caring for a child, Kagura’s grandmother managed to work as a jeweler while Kagura became the apprentice to the one of the best in the district the sister of the captain of division eight O-Ran Bundo.  She was like her brother passionate and intone with the art of blacksmithing. Kagura shared her passionate and longed to be as good as her master. As Kagura returned to home, she found her grandmother died of illness in her sleep on the first day of spring. For several months Kagura was in a fit of depression. Seeing this O-Ran decided to have Kagura join the gotei 13. Kagura enrolled into Shinōreijutsuin a week later, this turned out to be the hardest thing Kagura had ever done. Kagura wasn’t the smartest people but she had her headstrong attitude and enthusiasm Kagura fought in each she made a friend with a follow class mate Hibari Hisakawa they share a liking for flavored coffee and their enthusiasm to be the best. They became close friends even after the went to their Division they want, Kagura and Hibari still get coffee every day and Kagura has Hibari any invention she makes. Kagura was really given a shot in her division until Captain of division 8 Naji Bundo saw her work, impressed he took her under his wing as his apprentice helping her and grooming her to be his lieutenant and possible his successor.  Kagura soon reached the rank of lieutenant and was Naji’s right hand girl and trusted member of division 8.

Inventions

Reishi suppressed Pistol is a small handgun that is able to fire bullets in quick succession with a long muzzle that acts as a built-in suppressor.  The secondary weapons of Kagura’s main buyer division 7 mainly their SWAT division. This powerful handgun looks like a bajō-zutsu (馬上筒?) was a tanegashima (Japanese matchlock) in the form of a pistol. Bajō-zutsu were used by mounted samurai in feudal Japan. With steampunk elements added.  The pistol can produce no muzzle flash and can fire small bullet-shaped Kidō from the pistol.  Despite their relatively small size, each bullet is deceptively powerful; one bullet can instantly kill when hitting a vital spot, and can knock back someone as durable as a lieutenant.

The pistol has seven ammunition types:
Standard Kidō: A wider form of Kidō ammunition used in response to generic situations. The Kidō is red in color

Armor-Piercing Kidō: This Kidō ammunition used to deal with Hollows, Arrancar or criminals wearing body armor. Armor-Piercing rounds are also powerful enough to go through cover or multiple unarmored perps.  The Kidō is orange in color

3. Stun Kidō:  A form of Kidō ammunition used to shoot perps and stun them without killing them. Can be used in standoff situations to allow the wielder to shoot hostages and the perps without harm to either. The Kidō is white in color

4.Incendiary Kidō: Partially explosive form of Kidō rounds that ignite whatever target they hit. The Kidō is yellow in color

5.High-Explosive Kidō: These Kidō rounds can be used when a situation calls for a forced entry into an area and there isn't time to wait for heavier reinforcements. The Kidō is black in color

6.Heatseeker Kidō: Kidō rounds that lock on and seek targets by their body-heat. Can be used in combination with Incendiary rounds. The Kidō is blue in color
7.The Grenade Kidō: This Kidō is a last resort as is expends the pistol whole reserve. The single shot packs enough power to destroy a small structure. The Kidō is green in color







Kido Rifle: was typically standard issue of division 7 and one of Kagura best work. Unlike the rifle Captain of division twelve makes, Kagura is a more a smooth and streamline weapon. The rifle fire bullet-shaped Kidō from the rifle. Division 8   Captain Naji Bundo noted Kagura has developed a better weapon gun then Otsuru and possess power stronger then the Tanegashima with the same highly compressed Reishi. However, the bullet can still be split and deflected if cut by a sufficiently sharp blade.  The Kidō rifle comes in three types

Standard: This common rifle is often found in the hands of unseated officer, the nest of maggots’ prison front guards, and some low seated officers. Known for its high accuracy and formidable power, it can be extremely effective over long distances.  The standard Kidō rifle can be considered the primary weapon equivalent of the standard Kidō pistol. The rifle is powerful, accurate, and has the ability to stagger enemies with a single well-placed shot - however its rate of fire is slightly slower and sports a low ammo capacity. At mid to long ranges, the rifle can be extremely effective for lining up clean headshot kills. At the tail end of its range, most enemies won't be able to return fire allowing you to line up the perfect shot before executing. These rifles are relatively common and are almost always a safe bet to utilize as a primary weapon.  These Kidō rifles is based on the Pedersen/T1E3 rifle.

Sniper: This Kidō rifle is used exclusively to higher ranked officers or trained SWAT to handle enemies, enemy snipers and isn't commonly available to the public. Its strengths are high impact and very long range. Best utilized in distanced engagements. Use the custom scope to scan for enemy targets and the variable scope to align more precise shots. A shot from the waist up on any enemy besides Heavily armored target or arrancar will result in an immediate kill, so concise precision is rarely necessary. Three clean headshots are usually enough to dispatch heavily armored foes, though the rifle cannot be hip fired or blind fired from behind cover. This type of rifle is based on the Lee-Enfield Jungle Carbine.

SWAT: This a weapon is only Available to members of SWAT. This rifle has two distinct barrels, one for shooting standard Kidō rounds and the second for a powerful blast of spiritual pressure for branching doors. The rate of fire is greater than the standard or sniper but is only greater than the standard in range. This weapon appears to be based on the Molot Vepr with a compressed air "Launcher" attached to the bottom. The magazine seems to be from a Browning Automatic Rifle and the rear sights from a Mauser Gewehr 1898.

Kidō Coach Gun: This weapon was developed by Kagura and functions similarly to a shotgun. It fires concentrated spheres of spiritual energy that can be quite harmful. It is powerful enough to branch doors or remove limbs. This gun has the appearance of a Blunderbusses with a steampunk influence.  only used on occasion for more offensive methods. The user is able to kill up to five targets at once

Equipment

The Craftsmen’s hand: This small gauntlet is a piece of the finest steampunk craftsmanship used by Kagura, activated from a simple hand movement.  This gauntlet only goes halfway up her forearm and like all her invention dose more than just one thing. The craftsmen’s hand has two abilities one is a thermite flare; a flare of an extremely high temperature, this function is used in Kagura fingers. This function can easily destroy cover and can fire a magnesium shot that is highly flammable acting as an explosive if placed and ignited.  Kagura can adjust the amount of thermite to use is her forging. The second is what she calls the Tesla Arc. A directed-energy function in the  palm of her hand, it’s a weaponized Tesla Coil system that releases a focused stream of arcing electricity, which has devastating effect on the flesh of humans or punch a hole in a hollow mask but only causing minor damage of arrancar.

The Goibniu Arrow: This is a magnetic arrow made from a secret mix that Kagura refuses to tell anyone. This is one of Kagura’s favored weapon. Highly skilled in its usage, she is always kept in a holster by her side. The Goibniu Arrow is a weapon forged from a unique magnetic metal. The Goibniu arrow respond to Kagura’s magnetic field like a moon orbiting a planet. The arrow itself is able to defy gravity and move freely through the air at great speeds as well as being highly durable and sharp, allowing it to pierce through most targets, including the skin of an arrancar. Kagura has trained herself to be proficient at controlling the arrows with accuracy and precision. Changing the directs the arrow and causes it to gain both speed and momentum or suddenly stop at will, as well as rapidly and fluidly change direction.

Kidō Revolver: The Kidō revolver is a prototype takes the form of a regular flintlock, with an addition of a six-chambered swing-out cylinder and a rapid-fire trigger. The revolver is capable of rapid fire, easily emptying all six chambers in an instant. As with all firearms in the soul society, the pistol can produce no muzzle flash and can fire small bullet-shaped Kidō from the pistol.  the force of impact is different depending on what form of Kidō is loaded.

Boot knife: A small fixed-blade knife that is designed to be carried in or on a boot. Kagura carried a boot knife as a backup weapon. Typically, such a knife is worn on a belt or under a pant leg. Boot knives generally come with a sheath that includes some form of a clip. Most have double-edged blades, like a dagger, that is 5 inches (7.62 to 12.7 cm) in length.

Abilities

¤Zanjutsu Expert/ Proficient Swordsman-   Kagura is by far no master of sword, she is skilled in evasion, offense, defense, and counterattacks. She can dodge swift and direct melee attacks with little to no effort holding her zanpakuto in a downward angle mostly in a reverse grip. She can take down her opponent with a single extremely fast strike that cannot be detected or registered until it has already taken place, and only opponents of a higher caliber. With her being extremely agile and possessing incredible reflexes, and can use unorthodox techniques, such as throwing her sword with enough accuracy to pierce a head, to catch her opponents off-guard and prevent them from deflecting it. Those she will rarely use this.

Hammer Mastery: While not as good of a fighter with the sealed form of her zanpakuto, Kagura is a master of fighting with her battle hammer Shikai, due to decades of practice wielding it, and she is also extremely proficient in hammer throwing.

¤Hakuda Expert- Kagura has rarely fight barehanded, but she has great power as he was able to land some strong blows against arrancar during battle. Kagura is adept with martial arts, and knife fighting as well; she has subdued several human assailants with ease in multiple ways thanks in part to he impressive strength and bested physically more powerful hollows, often unarmed or equipped with only her hammer. Even when up against three highly skilled arrancar, Kagura was able to take them down single-handedly using only his hand-to-hand experience, something which impressed her captain greatly.

Busō kaijo(武装解除 Disarm-her): With the opponent lying on their belly, Kagura will attacking her opponent main Egao or a member of her division takes a facedown opponent's arm in a kneeling position adding pressure by pulling back on the arm then hooked and pulled back into their body, stretching the forearms, biceps and pectoral muscles.

¤ Shunpo Expert:  Kagura is an extremely fast combatant but she is slower than most of the lieutenant, she quickly overwhelming four Quincy with rapid attacks and movements before most of them could react properly. Kagura may have a slower pace than that of an average Shinigami of her rank but she makes due with making quick burst of speed. In combat she is surprisingly quick, able to perform lightning fast sword strikes.



¤Kido Practitioner: Kagura is skilled enough with Kidō to fire a blast from both of her hands simultaneously without an incantation. Or aid in the forging of Zanpakutō


¤Vast Reiatsu- As a lieutenant class combatant, Kagura has an constable amount of spiritual power, which she demonstrated when she effortlessly defeated three Quincy in rapid succession with a single attack each.

Expect Swordsmith: Kagura is a creator of Zanpakutō and therefore is one of the foremost authority on its history, construction, and capabilities besides her captain. She has one of the greatest understanding of the Zanpakutō, and is the few individuals capable of reforging a broken Zanpakutō. Kagura has her great skills in forging swords as she was the disciple of both O-Ran and Naji Bando. In addition to her knowledge and skill of weaponry, Kagura gained her father’s talent for forging, like her father and mentors, is an exceptional forger of metal and weapons, having gathered sand and dirt to mix together, while using a metal flow of water in a nanna naga, to make iron sand and gather all the iron in the minerals. Kagura also seems to understand the more complex forms of metal working, able to make protective gear and other weapons using the same method for making blades which was durable enough to withstand attack from master and grandmaster level opponents. She also understands multiple other forms of metal working, able to produce similar results for any necessary gear. Her knowledge of metal and the refinement of it are comparable to her late father, making her a highly desired in making war tools, even making black market blacksmiths, even their advanced science for metal forging proved obsolete compared to Kagura's skill.

Expect Gunsmith: Kagura's weapon smithing skills go beyond blades, she is known for being the only smith in division 8 to make Kidō guns.  Making vast improvements to the Kidō gun and providing a small arsenal of weaponry including vast verities of rifles, pistols and branch guns.

Zanpakutō Sense: Like her captain Kagura knows the exact position of all the Zanpakutō that ahe has ever created, no matter how the wielder attained it or who the wielder is
Enhanced Strength: Despite her lithe frame, Kagura is very strong and can punch through highly durable substances. Thanks to her being a smith in division 8 she is far stronger then she looks even able to match strength  with the likes of Jubei Sato one of the strongest men in the soul society making her perhaps physical the strongest women in the soul society.

Enhanced Endurance: Kagura is extremely resilient where several times she has shown to be more than a pretty face, she has been heavily injured the most but despite that she always manages endure enough to continue fighting. Kagura is a considerably resilient combatant. While facing off against the strongest Fracción of the tenth espada, she her own arm and managed to move behind them for a surprise attack while suffering a major injury.

Enhanced Durability: Despite her fragile appearance and her tendency to avoid combat, Kagura has proven herself to be quite resilient: she was able to survive the assault of a sadistic arrancar, while she was still unconscious and somehow get back up; withstand a barrage of kicks from the same arrancar, an individual capable of breaking down trees and rocks through sheer physical power, without incapacitating damage, and also endure the arrancar trying to crush her head with his massive arms.

Zanpakuto Name: Jikishokunin (磁気職人 magnetic craftsman)



Zanpakuto Design: Jikishokunin sealed form is a wakizashi with an arrow head like tip, and a circular guard. She keeps it on her hip parallel to her body



Zanpakuto Spirit & World: Jikishokunin takes the form of a blacksmith with steampunk influence on his appearance. His right arm is cybernetic in a steampunk fashion with move gears and steam steaming out of a vent every so often. His right eye is replaced with an eyepatch. He is a remarkably short man shorter then Kagura but is an intimidating man with an exceptionally-sculpted and well-defined musculature honed from years of enthusiastic physical labor. While his physique is usually barely hidden beneath his Victoria era blacksmith attire, together with his Handlebar moustache and long curly hair gives Jikishokunin a grizzly appearance but his eyes are blue and kind-looking with notably long eyelashes show his softer side.  His hammer is hanging on a hook on his hip. Kagura’s inner world is cross between a Victorian city and is an industrial factory, with several large pieces of machinery is seen all around, flames spurting out of them at random intervals. Jikishokunin tends to hang around the central of the city hammering away at some new tool.

Zanpakuto personality: Despite his towering presence and intimidating physique, Jikishokunin is decidedly softhearted and almost comically emotional, quickly bursting into tears of sorrow, compassion or joy in most situations. He is a particularly caring individual, who goes out of his way to offer aid to Kagura when in need and takes great pains to look after her. Though his great propensity for giving hugs frequently does unintentional harm to Kagura when she is unfortunate enough to be embraced by his powerful biceps. With a rather boisterous demeanor, Jikishokunin appears rather fond of loud, grandstanding speeches and dramatic comments, can be unwittingly pushy in his attempts to help Kagura and is particularly protective of her, demanding that they eat, sleep and exercise well in order to be healthy and strong. Proud of his own physique and believing it to be a supreme work of beauty and art, believing him forged by the gods themselves, Jikishokunin frequently pose and flex his body to show it off. Jikishokunin takes his honor very seriously and proudly wields his great strength of body and character for the art of forging in the highest regards. Alex is very seriously affected by the deaths of innocents, freely shedding tears when faced with the untimely demise of others. As such, Jikishokunin dislikes violence and, while always ready to fight, prefers to settle disputes peacefully despite the known fact that his softheartedness and unwillingness to kill have sparked arguments with Kagura.



Shikai Design: Kagura will either quickly unsheathe her zanpakuto and/or swing the sword in and downward movement scream “bent them to your will and forge ahead Jikishokunin” Kagura will glow and shedder with a loud clang transforming into a large, square-headed gray lump hammer. It has a short, round handle wrapped in brown leather, culminating in a looped lanyard, and her right arm is armored like her spirits is, in a steampunk fashion gauntlet with move gears and steam steaming out of a vent every so often going up to her shoulder. Kagura will often uses the hammer as a physical weapon, with almost nothing being capable of withstanding a hammer blow or throw tossing it like a missile knocking out opponent or outright killing them with a single blow


Shikai Ability: Kagura has the ability to manipulate Magnetism. This power allows her to attract and repel all metallic objects as projectiles, destroy electronic equipment, and grants her sonar-like sense detector towards any metal weaponry. She can generate, control and manipulate magnetism in all its forms, both natural (planetary, solar, lunar, stellar, magnetosphere, magnetic materials/ferromagnetism, etc.), organic (generated by the electric currents of living beings) or artificial (everything creating/using electricity) to varies degrees. Kagura can even affect any matter that is magnetic (iron, nickel, cobalt and their alloys, some rare earth metals, naturally-occurring minerals such as lodestone) manipulating and controlling them as she will and indirectly use them to manipulate other things. Unfortunately, this is not give her the power of Metal Manipulation, it is the ability to control magnetism, but using this capability Kagura can only control certain metals. Kagura is able to generate magnetic fields for defense. Kagura has the ability to magnetize anything she touches with her gauntlet covered hand or her hammer, and then subsequently anything that touches something she have already magnetized, and so on. However, the magnetic force weakens from object to object. Once a person has been magnetized, Kagura can manipulate the magnetic field in such a manner as to make any subsequent attack using a metallic weapon impossible to evade or impossible for the projectile to hit her. The aura may also give her enhanced physical capabilities such as speed, strength and durability. The user can manipulate strong magnetic energies and fuse it with their combat skills. Kagura of this power can even control enemies metal abilities and force them to attack themselves. Kagura can create, shape and manipulate electromagnetism to a small degree which (with the exception of gravitation) account for almost all physical phenomena observable to the unaided human senses, including light and other electromagnetic radiation, all of chemistry, most of mechanics (excepting gravitation), and of course magnetism and electricity. Due to the intense versatility with electricity (such as electrocution, heat generation, computer and mind hacking, and electrolysis) and magnetism (such as metal manipulation, magnetic levitation, atomic manipulation, and attract and repel), electromagnetism is one of the most powerful and versatile abilities in existence. Kagura can create force-fields out of magnetic energy, which can be expanded to protect large areas and can be used to defend Kagura against several things, such as nuclear weapons, volcanic eruptions and more. The magnetic force-field may be able to attract metal to the shield as well, this may allow Kagura to deflect solar radiation, making it a good counter-ability to users of Solar Manipulation, Kagura can release/use magnetic energy to attacks of various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks, etc. Kagura can release and surround themselves in/with magnetic field for defensive and/or offensive purposes, possibly becoming almost untouchable and granting her various abilities/attacks. When Kagura can focus she can produce a surge of electromagnetic energy, which can disrupt all technology nearby or knock her opponent down. The pulse may come from Kagura's hands or even from her entire body.



Hangeki (反撃, Repulsion): Kagura’s simpler technique, she repels any metallic material in her vicinity in a chosen direction. In effect, it works like a bullet acting like shrapnel or acting like a counter to projectiles.  

Hagane-kyū (鋼球, wrecking ball):  She gathers two large balls of scrap metal. Having the two balls float around her like a planet, making her body into a connector which causes the balls around her to fly at incredible speeds, smashing anything in its path.  

Ya koroshiba (矢殺し場 Arrow killing field): With her arrow floating in the air, Kagura uses the huge magnetic field to pull the arrow with extreme speed and destructive force on an area below. Creates a deadly barrier around Kagura as an add form of offense and defense.  

Tesura gatoringu (テスラ・ガトリング Tesla Gatling): Kagura creates a cannon of every metal object around her, she will change it with electromagnetic energy and fires it at her opponent.

Kō jiki hanmā (高磁気ハンマー High Magnetic Hammer): Kagura generates a powerful magnetic field from her hands when she grabs his enemy's head, which scrambles the enemy's mind and reduces them to mush.

Rērugan (レールガン Railgun): Kagura can fire metal objects at three times the speed of sound by forming a field of magnetism around it. Her railgun has a muzzle velocity of 1030 m/s (2307.2 mph), and can be fired at a rate of 8 shots per minute with a strike of her hammer. She has hinted she can fire multiple shots at once creating a Rail-Shotgun, however this has never been seen. She primarily uses arcade coins as her projectiles for portability, limiting her normal range to 50 meters.
