Despite her small size, Rumi is an aggressive and short-tempered girl with rather violent tendencies, her most common victims are the other lieutenants and lower officers of her division her wrath on them fueled by their leak of responsibility or laid back attitudes. she frequently abuses, usually by smacking them with one of her sandals her favorite method,  she shows them an obvious lack of respect when they displeases her, a gesture which they seems to return. she dose try to be a shining example of good manners and behavior but her temper hinders her efforts. This behavior dates back to her time in the rikon district. She has highly aggressive tendencies, when asked about her past which often make her lash out at other people even under normal circumstances.
She shows very little respect to the majority of people around her, her captain being the only exception. she easily losing her temper and getting into fights. Rami was very respectful to her  captain as a sign of respect and trust, she was polite and calm  but still smacked everyone else around when they are lazy. She thinks laziness is a big showing of disrespect. Rumi seems to harbor a hatred that only her captain knows and understood. As a result of her thorny disposition and possible insecurities, she doesn't like to show the venerable little girl inside out of fear of ridicule.. when in private moments she feels lonely the same loneliness she felt in her past, she cries when this happens. she has one friend that she feels is her friend even those everyone likes her regardless of her tendencies but Rumi feels that everyone hates her.  Mila Deadwood is the one person that Rumi considered her friend and they are roommates and spend time together.

is a very short, green eyed, blonde-haired girl who wears her short hair in it hangs down in a bob, with a clip on the left side that's a chappy the bunny hair clip. Rami carries her Zanpakutō over her right shoulder, she wore a  shihakusho standard Shinigami uniform with her lieutenant's armband on her left arm and yellow bands on her waist and a heart necklace around her neck.  




History
Rumi  was living in the nicer districts but even with but in a better part that didn't change anything, Rumi family was very neglectful and treat her as if she wasn't there.  After a while she entered the academy, at first life in the school was hard mostly from the student picking on her for being from the nice districts and her shorter then most of the other students.  she eventually found and friend in Mila deadwood a foreign soul with dreams of being a soul reaper.  the two had many adventurous and fun together. the two became roommates after graduation and the two was became members of first division, something both girl have dreamed of since going to the academy. when Rumi meet the head captain Kaohashi she was pegged with more question then anything. is was until Rumi and Mila rose up ranks that their questions slowly was answered. but the big question Rumi had was what was behind the mask? That question would be answered for many years until she became Kaohashi's lieutenant; which shocked her and most of her division. When she was sent to the head captain's office, Kaohashi told her she can ask one question. he was expecting her ask about his mask and to she could see his face, but she asked why he choose her when there was so many more that are batter then her. Kaohashi smiled at question, he removed his mask showing his face and he answered with that he choose her because many reason mainly with her work ethic and for most of all she was like him and that her past had simulates.  When he finished his explanation and she was feeling better, seeing her captain in a new light, and from then on her and Kaohashi have had a very father/daughter relationship.

¤ Expert Swordman-   Rumi's skills in swordsmanship are considerable. Her fighting style is aggressive and unpredictable but has a gracefulness to it, as she channels a lot of her attitude and anger into her attacks. She has fought off numerous Menos Grande, held her own against an experienced fighter like Jubei Sato, and held her own against the 8th Espada,

Expert Staff User: Rumi has shown impressive use of his Shakujo staff as a weapon is able to demonstrate a aptitude for the ways of the staff primarily, being able to wield a staff with great proficiency and skill to the point where she was able to fend off  the 8th espada  during their first fight. The length of her shakujo allows a multitude of long range attacks and accordingly Rumi is most effective at this distance. Although linear, these powerful attacks Rumi possesses are relatively fast and deal great damage to those who cross her. It is for this reason that Rumi is in the position she is in.

Ten no matsuri (天の祭りFestival of the heavens):Rumi kicks and jabs her opponent to the ground with her rod. Then,  jumps high up in the air and she slams her rod onto the opponent.

Suikawari (西瓜割; Japanese for "Watermelon Splitting"):A two-handed, overhead slash which cleanly and precisely cleaves an opponent's head in twain



¤Hakuda Expert- Rumi is a very capable hand-to-hand fighter despite her size and strength, but she has trained herself to use various kicks, in combination with her Zanpakutō to take out opponents. She effortlessly overwhelmed a dangerous inmate from the Maggot's Nest while the inmate was attempting to escape. However if an opponent does manage to get very close to Rumi, she does have tools to employ; the most effective of these are  fast horizontal strikes, throws and takedown.


¤ Shunpo Expert:   Rumi is helpful and dangerous because of her high speed. During her battle against the 8th espada, she skillfully dodged multiple attacks from several attacks. She is able to move fast enough to surprise and cut the arrancar.




¤Kido  Expert - one of Rumi's greatest strength is her knowledge of Kidō though she pale in comparetion to the captand lieutenant of division 5. Among her known skills are those for binding, healing, and destruction. However, as she herself stated, while her Kidō skill at the Shin'ō Academy was second of her class, the sheer power of her Kidō was just average when she joined the 13th Division.Through continuous training, she has greatly developed this skill, able to use Hadō #73. Sōren Sōkatsui and Hadō #4. Byakurai without incantation to considerable effect. She switched from Zanjutsu to Kidō without delay upon losing her Zanpakutō. She can use high-level Kidō in rapid succession without incantations and still retain considerable control and power. She has great skill in using various spells in unique combination, even using multiple spells at the same time. However, she requires incantations when using high-level spells simultaneously



¤Vast Reiatsu- Hiyori possesses lieutenant-level Reiryoku, Hiyori possesses a spiritual energy that is gold, boasts a high level of spiritual energy when needed and can exert large amounts of Reiatsu when needed.



Enhanced Speed: Rumi's speed is considerable, and she regularly uses it to supplement her fighting skill, surprising those she attacks. While training with her captain, she uses what appeared to be Shunpo

¤Enhanced Strength:  Rumi has brutally beaten up Jubei and others when she feels they was getting out of line by using her enhanced strength and her hand-to-hand combat.

Enhanced Endurance: Rumi   is notably resilient. She withstood being impaled by the 8th espada in their last encounter with her, and finished her off before losing consciousness

Zanpakuto Name:  Tengoku (天国 means: heaven)




Zanpakuto Design:  Tengoku sealed form is a wakizashi  with a guard in the shape of a crusfix. She slings her zanpakuto over her right shoulder.



Zanpakuto Spirit & World: Tengoku is a beautiful angel with white feathered wings, decorated in blue markings, that can expand and contract marginally to her will. She has the gift of flight and rarely touches the ground, but rather glides over it. Her hair is platinum blonde and parted to the right side with the exception of a small braid on the left. Pale skinned, her face has black lines running down her cheeks from her eyes, which are featureless and pale blue, but glow brightly when light energy is fired from them.. eyes of pure light, far more beautiful than any on Earth. She wears a pale blue dress, split up both sides underneath golden laurel breastplates, with matching vambraces and knee high boots


Zanpakuto personality: in progress


Shikai Design:  Rumi will take her zanpakuto in her hands and knees like she is about to pray,  she then says the command like a prayer "Bless them with your light." her zanpakuto transforms  into a shakujō;  . At the very tip of the metal finial is a sharp point which can be used to attack weak points of the body. The bottom end  has a metal butt with a spike which can be used to thrust and hit an opponent.  The head is sharpened, while the staff portion is not wood, but a metal pole.


Shikai Ability: Tengoku allows Rumi to create and control into light from her shakujo or produce the element of light from their body at will. It enables Rumi to move at the speed of light (in a similar way how Sanji'S zanpakuto works)The light can also be employed in other ways, with Rumi being capable of emitting it in vast amounts, enough to cover a wide area and of shaping it into various forms To activate such power, Rumi was initially shown bending around her arm and Tengoku like halos.

Uwaki (浮気 inconstant): Rumi points her index and middle finger or at the tip of the shakujo at her enemies, creating a powerful flash of light, blinding her  opponent, or any enemies in the vicinity. it can be use in two levels either as a quick flash to blind her opponent or in a more condensed into a beam that can cut throw walls.

Yashin-tekina (野心的な ambitious): Rumi forms light in between her hands, and reflects it off any surface she wishes. She then creates light on the soles of her feet in order to get to her desired location. She can use this technique to escape or as a way to disorientate her opponent.

Aikō-ka (愛好家 lovers):Rumi's hand begins to shine like stat light, concentrates a large amount of energy into her hand, turning it light green. Rumi then grabs the head of her opponent and can choose to blind or crush it. Though powerful, it was only usable at close range and can be ill-effective if timed wrong it will leave Rumi open to a counter attack. Her fingers can concentrates the energy  into claw, changing its color to green. The length of the saber increases dramatically and Rumi is able to impale an opponents head like a  spear. However, this technique was unreliable as it relied on Rumi's emotions to be stable.

Kashikoidesu (賢いですwise):Rumi summons a multitude of twinkling lights appear and coalesce around an opponent blinding them, giving Rumi time to create  spheres which engulfs everything within a significant radius. Anyone within this radius will potentially get caught in it using the compressed light to crush everything within it with this technique. Only a strong enough Reiatsu can push back and destroy it.

Shinkō no gunbatsu (信仰の軍閥 warlord of faith): Rumi forms a long, very sharp blade out of light and solidifies it on the head of the staff. This allows a Rumi to use Tengoku into a nagnata and increase her offensive ability but with the trade off of is the blade is not as strong as a normal blade and can shade if hit with  strong enough blow.



Bankai Name: Ten no shisha (天の使者 means: messenger of heaven)




Bankai Design:  Rumi's banaki is unique  in the way that the weapon stays the same but Rumi appearance that her spirit. her uniform changes into a pale blue dress, split up both sides underneath golden laurel breastplates, with matching vambraces and knee high boots.  she also gets a halo and a pair of wing to make her appear more like an angel.

Bitoku (美徳 virtues):Rumi place both hands to fire a torrent of deadly light particles, causing extreme damage to whatever it hit. Rumi can control the spread of the attack, limiting it to a single person or covering a wide area. It also has great piercing powers, penetrating the thickest and strongest defenses but at the cost of fatiguing quickly.

Ryōdo(領土 dominions): While in the air, Rumi places her staff in front of her, placing it on top of her empty hand . Seven balls of light are then summoned in front of Rumi and connect together to make what appears to be a constellation of her choice. Each  of  then releases a powerful light blast down on the opponent, forming the same pattern on the ground before exploding. balls can also be drawn in the sky by her staff before hand  bombarding an opponent with countless beams of light.

Gyokuza (玉座 thrones): Rumi body is surrounded by light, allowing her to move through the air at incredible speed. Even if someone could detect her trajectory, it is near impossible to catch her. With her speed, she assaults her opponents with quick but powerful melee attacks using the momentum.

Kerubimu (ケルビム cherubim): ): An attack in which Rumi kneels down to a prayer position. she  then begins to slowly move her  handu until it points upwards, causing the clouds above her to begin circling, creating what appears to be a cyclone. From the center of the swirling formation, a  star begins to form, growing in size until a humongous meteor emerges, falling quickly to earth towards the intended target.

Serafimu (セラフィム seraphim):  Rumi will draw a cross in the air in five places, above, front, behind and on either sight  her of her their arms above their head to casting the spell. As they prepare to fire the spell, all nearby shadows are drawn towards them, forming a small black orb which rapidly grows in size and also gains small white lights inside it, similar to the night sky. The user then unleashes the orb towards the target. The orb appears to be incredibly dense, and may hold a tremendous amount of gravity to crush the opponent. Its nature is comparable to a black hole, due to its incredible pull on the surrounding materials, people, and light
