Hagire is a great physician at   hospital in the division 4 head questers, He is the sarcastic, bitter mentor of many suburbanites in his division. Hagire is sarcastic and bitter and has a quick, cruel wit, normally expressed through frequent and sometimes incredibly long rants. Hagire routinely rants at and belittles incomplete members of his division including and most of all his Lieutenant Jun Chikuma, though his apparently rough treatment of them is intended as conditioning for the rigors and horrors of hospital life, as well as an outlet for Hagire's frustration in his personal life. He was promoted to Captain after recommended by his predecessor Baki Kugimiga for the job. He was reluctant to take it at first, but when he realized he likes hating people and everybody already hated him, he was fine with accepting the job. Although the new job is demanding, he tries to do everything it requires and see some patients. This is very difficult and he occasionally forgets to do things. Hagire is also teaching a class at the academy as a professor, he views all of his students and division as murderers and assassins who will try their hardest to kill his patients. He is very aggressive toward them and tries to weed out the weak. He is secretly proud of Jun and thinks she has the potential to become an incredible doctor.  He has taken a liking to his lieutenant and because of this he has set his expectations for her very high. Heart he can stand. Hagire sees her as strong willed and empowered, which are factors he needs to see in a woman he wants to date. He seemingly only had feelings for her because he was in denial about his feelings for Miyako. Hagire still turns to Jun when he needs advice, and although she doesn't always feel comfortable listening to some of his thoughts, she is there for him. Jun also behaves as a mother figure to Oji, Eri, Tadao, and occasionally others will stand up to Hagire on their behalf. As he said himself "Actually she completely gets me which is why I've been trying to drive her away", stating that she understands how he feels about himself, others, his job and his mannerisms. He is very dedicated to his job and sometimes it takes a toll on him. He is also very conscious about his body, and works out quite often. Hagire has one child a daughter, Momiji, who he loves very much and would go out of his way to protect her and care for her. Since Momiji came to his life, he cares for her deeply as if she was his child and is willing to do anything for her sake. Despite coming from a noble family, Hagire grew up in an extremely religious family and has a younger sister, Tōko. Their family was extremely dysfunctional; their father was an abusive alcoholic who "drunkenly knocked them from room to room", while their mother did nothing to stop the abuse. Hagire has a strained relationship with his sister, who reminds him of the childhood he has tried to forget.  Hagire's abusive and traumatic childhood could help explain his intimacy issues and his marriage to Division 2 captain Miyako Hayabusa. According to Jun, both of his parents lacked parenting skills. Hagire doesn't support the religious choices Tōko makes or the fact she is a priestess in the west district, but still loves her as a sister. He and Tōko have a hostile and difficult relationship, ostensibly because neither can appreciate the religious and scientific viewpoints held by the other. Miyako Hayabusa and Hagire have divorced, but have a child. After they divorced, Miyako would use Hagire for booty calls. They are verbally sharp with each other, often insulting each other’s' sexualities and peculiarities. Although they are not married and have no desire to be married, it can't be argued that they do not love each other. One reason they work so well together is because they are each other's equals in every way.  Baki Kugimiga and Hagire had a rivalry that, at times, affects the entire hospital. Hagire is not very fond of Baki thinking about the patients solely by their insurance or pocketbooks. Hagire often yells and rants at Baki about making staff cutbacks or new rules, but when Baki explains his motivation, he has no choice but to live with them. When Baki was yelling and tormenting at the division 4 fourth seat, Hagire punched him in the face, making his nose squeak for a while.  After Baki retired, Hagire has turned to him for advice occasionally, and has even admitted that Baki was decent at his job. Hagire is the reluctant mentor of Oji. He met Oji on his first day in the division, and has constantly been abrasive and sarcastic with him. He rarely calls Oji by his real name, but rather by a girl's name or Newbie. This is his tough-love approach to teaching, but even when they are outside of the hospital, he continues the same mean mannerisms. When his harshness seems to put a little too much pressure on Oji, Hagire knows when to lay off and has from time to time been supportive. When Hagire was particularly depressed, Oji was the one of the people to encourage him to come back to work because he told Hagire that he valued the fact that, after over three centuries of experience as a doctor, Hagire still took it that hard when things went wrong, Hagire privately thanking Oji for his advice when he went back to work. Also, when Oji’s sister, Io Nanakemono, passes away, Hagire comforts him in his time of sadness. He is not, however, a very good ear to listen to Oji's problems, for he doesn't seem to care about his personal life, and often mentions that he has enough problems of his own. Following Hagire's promotion to Captain, Jun and Oji takes up the job of the guy who nags him to get things done around the hospital, and is seemingly successful in these endeavors. Hagire gets extremely annoyed by fourth seat Eri Kouno both personally and professionally, but knows she is a talented doctor. Hagire has snubbed Eri as a mentor as much as he has snubbed Oji, but she doesn't seek his approval as much as she does her parents'. He calls her "Barbie" due to her blonde hair and sometimes ditsy mannerisms. He never had any big problems with Eri until she decided to go into private practice doctor of the nobles. From then on, he didn't respect her for her decision, but Eri stands by her decision. Hagire puts up with Tadao Ando. Because he usually sees Tadao when he is with Oji, he isn't fond of their antics. He has sized up Tadao, but has also helped him work out. He sometimes asks Tadao to be a surgical consultant, noting once that, in his opinion, Tadao is actually smarter than most of the other surgeons which is why Hagire made Tadao the head field surgeon. Hagire's best friend was Botan Hayabusa was also his ex-brother-in-law.  Botan and Hagire enjoyed hugging each other for uncomfortably long periods of time and playing "gay chicken". They are the definition of two best friends. But when Botan was diagnosed with a fatal disease, Hagire took the news hard, unfairly blaming the physician in change for it. When Botan passed away, Hagire was depressed for a short time, but soon got over his mourning, and, supposedly, he even apologized to the doctor for unfairly blaming him for Botan's death. He is also extremely egotistical; when named by the division 6 magazine as the best doctor in a century, he lines up every staff member beneath him, and his ex-wife, to consecutively praise him. Ironically, while he goes out of his way to distance himself from others, Hagire often gets mixed up in the hardships of both his patients and those around him. This personal involvement often manifests in destructive ways, with Hagire either internalizing his feelings or externalizing them by targeting those around him. Despite this, he has intervened in some situations, with no expectation of personal gain and often to his own detriment, to help others. Hagire is often seen drinking scotch and has acknowledged humorously that he has a drinking problem. Hagire will drink mainly in a deep depression. Jun and Oji eventually helps him forgive himself, however. His daughter Momiji's first full sentence is "Daddy drinks a lot".

Appearance
Hagire appears to be a tall man in his late thirties handsome and strong with a muscular build of a track star and a square jaw, Hagire is athletic, often found playing sports in the hospital's back field with younger division members. He has swept back lime green hair and sapphire blue eyes that pieced the souls of the people that work for him in the division. His shihakusho uniform is standard but with short sleeves and his haori is fashioned like a lab coat with the division embalm on the back. When he is home drinking his is in home kimono, boxers or hid workout cloths which are a tank top like shirt and long shorts.

History
Hagire's family is from a lower noble house known for their great medical knowledge. His family have been a major part of the He has a sister named Tōko, who is a priestess. Life for the Gori children was hell, their father was an abusive alcoholic and his mother did nothing to prevent this behavior. Hagire's abusive and traumatic childhood could help explain his intimacy issues and his marriage to Miyako. This was not always the case with them. For the abuse Hagire endured with his father, Hagire would admit his father was a brilliant doctor rivaling that of Baki Kugimiga. It was this that made drove Hagire to become a far better physician then the man that he was made to call his father. He worked hard to be the man he is today. While his sister ran off to become a priestess of the west district shrines, Hagire when off to join the gotei 13. It was at the academy that Hagire meet his best friend Botan Hayabusa. Hagire and Botan was classmates each play foolish game and challenges in their youth. Often playing game like hugging each other for uncomfortably long periods of time and playing "gay chicken". Botan was Hagire's best and perhaps only friend. Although, like just about everyone else, Botan admires Hagire for his considerable medical skills, and probably cares more for Hagire as a human being. For those who know both of them, they were thick as thieves and would have the others back if they needed it.  The two was close friend and Botan encouraged Hagire to go to the fourth division.  Hagire did just that and more reaching the rank of lieutenant and meeting the man that outshined his father the two instantly disliked each other’s methods and practices. The two fought like dogs when it came to the treatment of patients.  It was over 420 years before the present day, Hagire was accomplishing his goal. It was at this time he was introduce to the beautiful and head strong Miyako Hayabusa.  With her short temper when it came toward him and his wit and shape tongue to bring it out of her, he was in love, the reason was the two of them was a lot alike. Her sarcastic wit and bitter attitude make her a perfect match for Hagire and his cynical ways, made them a perfect match to anyone that saw them. His relationship Miyako was encouraged by Botan, who was Miyako’s brother. Miyako’s sister Daruma, concerned that her sister was overestimating Hagire's capabilities. She explains that she believes it was a mistake to even go out with him that was breath her, and goes on to say that she deserves better. While Miyako, without hesitation, admits to the fact that Hagire is not really as mean or cold hearted as people think when behind closed doors.  Hagire was more angered with Miyako sister and tells her that he loved Miyako and that she would be wish not to interfere in their relationship.  Daruma even spend the whole day following him, which he was aware as was his staff, around the 4th division hospital while taking notes, Daruma shows Miyako with her evidence of Hagire arguing with his captain and disrespecting him, flicking the dead, belittling the junior staff, and ranting in the middle of the hospital.  Hagire had already arrived hours before Daruma to see Miyako and get one over on Daruma. Once there Daruma is then told that Hagire and Miyako will be getting married. To which she stands in disbelief. Miyako confirms it further by showing off the engagement ring. This was something that Hagire had planned for a while.  Even when Miyako explained that normally the Hayabusa family wouldn’t permission a married like this but was allowed, Hagire was prepared and explained he was to become the next captain of division 4, from then on life for Miyako and Hagire was a joyful and after trying for so long the couple have a daughter Momiji both loved the girl with all their hearts but showed it in their own way. But it was not the heathiest way with Miyako using her anger as a self-defense mechanism because she cannot stand being vulnerable and Hagire using his sarcastic attitude because of his past. This couponed with the couple think they know how to best raise their daughter Momiji.  They were married for a while after Momiji was born, but divorced after the horrible tragedy. Botan was suffering from a fatally illness and died while under Hagire’s care, after the death of Botan, Daruma spiraled into a deep depression and displayed self-destructive attitude that lead to her being killed in action all of which Miyako blamed Hagire.  This was the finishing blow to Hagire and Miyako’s marriage. Ever since then they maintain a strictly sexual relationship. Hagire struggled initially with the thought of losing Botan because they are such good friends. Miyako saw Hagire was extremely distraught when Botan passed away and those she has forgave him; she knows they would never be able to live together again.

Equipment

Medical Surgical Satchel: it was much larger about the size and appearance of a single strapped bag carrying case and contains a large number of pockets on the outside and in to hold vials of herbs, surgical tools, and various other medicals tools including survival blizzard blanket, disposable splint, surgical tape, compressed bandage, leash trauma shears, combat application tourniquet, combat gauze and bandage gauze with quick clot, surgical eye shield, needle decompression device, chest seal dressing, leash trauma shears and a strap cutter. Hagire only uses it in battlefield but will normally keep in in his office

Emergency first aid kit: this is an advanced kit containing a standard first aid kit. Hagire and the leads of the E. R units have a compacted variation for easy dispatch and mobility. Hagire keep this on him more his medical surgical satchel. Aside from the standard kits it contains medical supplies, including a salve, bandages, and rejuvenation pills. and supplies each kit carry the following.

Scalpels: Part of her Medical Kit, Hagire is as handy with a scalpel, both for operations of extreme sorts, and on the battlefield, throwing them like precision throwing knives at her enemies, quite sharp as they are able to pierce Hierro of Non-Espada class easily.

Long range dart gun:  a collapsible pistol like tool shaped like a Magpul FMG-9 that weights 0.5 kg (1.1 lbs.) and had a length of 503 mm (19.8 in) (extended) and 262 mm (10.3 in) (folded) this is the largest item in the kit. With a magazine of five sedation darts that can tranquilize or hallucinate at a distance of football field same velocity as a bullet.  

Soul needle: special designed needles Hagire uses after surgery with the ability to use the patient’s own spiritual pressure to sutures wounds long enough for Hagire to transport the patients to the division 4 hospital.  

Senten: A specialized ointment created by the 4th Division as an anesthetic for surgery and intense treatment. However, its secondary use is to induce unconsciousness of anyone touching a single drop of it, with low Spiritual Energy. This however goes for any being who's exhausted their own Spiritual Energy in battle.

Abilities

¤Zanjutsu Expert/ Master Swordsman: Despite having little to do with his Captainship, Hagire is a very skilled swordsman, having learned many techniques and styles allowing him to fight at a master's level on par with other Captains, if not higher than rookie-class Captains. Hagire has personal specialized in sword fighting in part to his married to Miyako, particularly he mastery in the art of Kendō. His skill level in swordsmanship is far superior to past captains that was with division 4. During his battle with his ex-wife easily overpowered Miyako several times, only losing when Miyako grew tired of toying with him and jump at him letting to them making love and having Momiji


¤Hakuda Master- Despite being a 4th Division Captain, Hagire is a frightening hand-to-hand combatant, rivaling even that of the Stealth Force's Captain-Commander/2nd Division Captain, having developed specialties in numerous styles of physical combat both in strength and dexterity employed in his maneuvers. During his fight against Miyako, Hagire deflected her sword swing using the back of his free hand to create an opening for his own attack and subsequently blocked Miyako's sword hand mid-swing with his foot, stopping her attack while simultaneously leaving her exposed

¤ Shunpo Expert:  Hagire is not as masterful when it comes to the use of Shunpo as his ex-wife, but he able to maneuver behind Miyako and caught her by surprise, who is arguably one of the greatest Shunpo user in Soul Society, without her noticing until he actually grabbed her, despite him being a mere few feet directly in front of her. On the verge of being a master in the art of using Flash Step, he is able to use it in a timely, quick fashion as well as preforming long-distanced 'steps', moving with speed and grace in and off the battlefield, he honed reflexes and techniques involving the art allow him to be unpredictable and swift in his movements


¤Kido Master: As one of the oldest and most experienced captains, Hagire has advanced knowledge of Kidō and the flow of spiritual energy. His knowledge and mastery of healing Kidō are unrivaled within Soul Society. Hagire is well-versed in a variety of Kidō, highly masterful in healing Kidō and is able to easily use high-level Hadō and Bakudō spells without incantation. Due to the requirement to know Healing Kido to a masterful degree to attain the rank of Captain, Hagire has studied and mastered almost every Kido she could research on, making him a skilled practitioner and genius at manipulating spells and discharging them instantaneously, without incantation and with enough skill to retain its full power.


Soul Thread Sutures: this a technique Hagire can perform while in combat or in a surgical situation. After analyzing a target’s spiritual pressure, Hagire can manipulate it use it to suture an individual onto any hard surface or to close wounds on a patient. This technique requires extreme amount of precision and as such, can only be performed by the most powerful of Shinigami and the Gori family The suturing isn't limited to the target, as Hagire can even suture himself in addition

Kidō scalpel: This medical technique from Hagire’s spiritual pressure into the form a small, sharp blade.By focusing his energy in his fingers, Hagire can turn his fingers into a scalpel that can slice through body parts. He is even able to reattach his own limbs should they be severed from their body. The wave of energy created by this technique is exceedingly sharp as it sliced through metal and concrete with opponents needing to dodge the attack rather than take it head on. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, this scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection. The Kidō scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the Kidō scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even Hagire won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.





¤Vast Reiatsu: As a captain-class combatant, Hagire has an immense amount of spiritual power.As a Captain, Hagire is a powerful Shinigami in terms of sheer Spiritual Power, having large stores and quantities, fully capable of reducing anyone below the rank of Lieutenant to their knees by Spiritual Pressure alone, and anyone feeling him would feel the strain or incredible power behind it.

¤Spiritual Energy Manipulation Specialist: Though not on par with Issei, he is quite adept in being able to manipulate Spiritual Energy for a number of practical and inventive uses, having been able to create specialized techniques and maneuvers due to this mastery.

¤Master Healer: Hagire is an incredibly proficient healer, having taught at the Shinōreijutsuin, he surpassed his father and Baki Kugimiga both of whom was regarded as the greatest healers in Soul Society. Furthermore, he was adamant he could heal the grievous injuries of several Shinigami was unable to treat.  His unique healing method involves some peculiar forms of treatments. His medical skills are such that he is renowned for being able to heal seemingly any injury, new or old, even to the point of saving lives most doctors would deem lost causes. He also owns an orthopedic clinic, and can reset and fix bones with ease. It is from his immense skill and knowledge of medicine and anatomy that he developed his unique physical conditioning methods. His skills in the medical field are so great that he was able to save Miyako's life while the latter had a hole in her side and even using tools from in the world of the living and performing the surgury on the battlefield, Miyako's life was saved. He is known amongs doctors as the "The medic demon". They're also quite afraid of him.

¤Vast Medical Knowledge: Hagire having learned enough about biology, chemistry, and medicine to surpass even his predecessor in terms of raw potential, all while studying in secret without the open resources of the Shin'ō Academy, easily qualifies. His encyclopedic knowledge of medical subjects allows him to expertly respond to all manner of emergencies. Hagire is not only the most proficient chemist in Soul Society, but he is also one of the leading hands-on medical Shinigami, able to diagnose and treat a vast array of conditions and injuries with masterful expertise. After becoming a Captain, he included studies of Arrancar subjects into his routine in order to increase the base of his knowledge. He is now considered a leading expert on their biology, as well. Along with his general skill of healing, he is able to detect the smallest details in his patients. This aids him in his healing. He can detect anomalies and problems lesser healers would not. He can tell by a simple look what type of medical attention, if any, is needed. He is also a keen analyst with great attention to detail, able to quickly determine how to counteract any ailments a person may have.

¤Enhanced Strength: Hagire possesses a great deal of strength, effortlessly picking up and throwing a grown man several meters away from himself. He can punch with enough force to send someone of Oishi Sanda's stature flying a considerable distance away. Hagire has enough strength to kick opponent’s three times his height and weight away a fair distance away.

¤Enhanced Endurance: As a Captain, Hagire high level of endurance, enable him to take many critical blows before succumbing to his injuries or wounds, and even so, has been able to fight at near optimum capacity

Enhanced Durability:  Hagire is durable enough to endure damage his ex-wife can delivers and show little discomfort and has taken multiple strikes from Miyako on his side of both his body and head and continued to be able to fight despite the injuries. He's also survived being drilled though and hit by  a Quincy’s  Arrows at close range.

Zanpakuto Name:  Maebure (前触れ harbinger)




Zanpakuto Design: Maebure sealed form is a katana with a guard shaped like an hourglass, he keeps it on his hip right,



Zanpakuto Spirit & World: Maebure is the short girl standing at only 147 cm (4' 10"), with a small frame. She has vermillion, waist-length hair that's held up in twin- elaborately curled pigtails with black ribbons and has dark blue eyes.  She appears very childlike, and looks noticeably younger than her actual age. She is dressed is a modified strapless nurse dress modest in the right places with an hour glass on side of her hip, she also has arm sleeves, blue striped stockings and black pumps. She is dressed in a Gothic Lolita theme.  In Bankai form she becomes a fairly tall and deceptively youthful looking middle-aged woman who is considered very attractive. She has a curvaceous figure and sizable bust. She has a fair-skinned and keeps her elaborately curled pigtails. Her bangs have strands hanging between her eyes with the rest being chin-length yet curve outwards to hanging beside her face. She wears more makeup and the hourglass on her hip is on a chain that she swings around.  Hagire’s inner world is more a gothic looking building. Located somewhere in the deep mists of mountainside, the building is abandoned the mist covers making it hard to find one’s way out and around. Maebure hangs around one of the offices being lazy or whining to Hagire able how boring it was in her inner world.


Zanpakuto personality: Maebure is a very energetic, cheerful, gentle girl. She acts very childish, sometimes she acts like a drama queen, and doesn't seem to take no lightly; she appears to be crying on the ground like a little girl when she is told no, but if watched long enough, she lifts her face out of her hands smiling briefly, before resuming her apparent fake crying. Judging by this, she seems quite aware of her cute appearance. She is as levelheaded and intelligent girl as Hagire, though she can be rude if provoked, especially towards her master Hagire.  Maebure greatly enjoys eating various desserts and sweet. Maebure is friendly and kind towards Hagire when she wants too. She loves Hagire very much and enjoys talking with him. She has a bit of a mischievous side and tends to annoy Hagire because she likes being with him. She tends to lose her temper when upset and leaves in crying fits such as when Hagire refused to stay with her. She tends to be overdramatic, often believing it to be the right thing to do, especially with anything pertaining to Hagire.  Unlike her child like form who is always acts spoiled and over-protective manner, the adult Maebure is normally calm and collected, only getting worked up when Hagire does something that annoys or embarrasses her.   However, she often praises Hagire whenever he does something fatherly. Maebure is also kinder and gentler then her child like form.

Shikai Design: Hagire will move his zanpakuto in a clock like fashion the whole zanpakuto glows gold and Hagire says “take heed Maebure.” He commands and his hands start to glow one is gold and one is dark.

Shikai Ability: Hagire can manipulate the time in general area or a specific target in various manners, the basics revolving around accelerating, slowing, stopping and even rewinding or looping. The range of area affected is proportional to the mastery of Hagire.  Hagire can stop time while being unaffected himself, or may also allow others to be unaffected. Amber's ability is time manipulation, which includes stopping time and rewinding time to an unknown degree. Hagire usage of his power enables him to heal wounds and reopen wounds. Once he stops time around him, Hagire can allow people to move freely throughout the frozen time stream, while those still under him ability's effect will no longer detect him presence or movement. If Hagire moves before this ability ceases, it would appear to everyone that Hagire teleported. Hagire is able to utilize time manipulation with physical combat, making his attacks appear extremely fast while causing the victim to be slowed down

Time Dilation Field: Hagire can project a field around him that slows time, thereby reducing the speed of any target which comes near him and makes attempts to attack practically useless. This gives him sufficient time to counter attack in real time while his opponent is extremely slowed.


Nenrei no kasoku (年齢の加速 Age Acceleration): The ability allows him to accelerate the age of whatever he touches, causing the appropriate damage which comes with aging. This allows Hagire to heal or inflict damage to his opponent or a patient.


Jikan ga tomaru (時間が止まる Time Stop): Hagire can stop time with a simple hand gesture, allowing him, to act within a distance to stop time. In the stopped time, Hagire can move himself and any object he touches, allowing him to strike his defenseless enemies, move to a superior position, and toy with his victims. It is notable that Hagire needs to consciously think of when to time stop, surprise attacks can prevent him from stopping time. This ability only works for up to 5 seconds before time flows again. However, Hagire reaching a maximum of nine seconds when he can keep and level head in combat.

Furasshufowādo(フラッシュフォワード Flash Forward): Hagire will speed up time either rewinding of fast forwarding time by producing numerous copies orbs around him that all represent "future possibilities" of his orb's path, compresses all their futures, and redirects them all at his opponent, causing them to home in on her enemy in a devastating assault.



Bankai Name: Seitoshi no zenchō (生と死の前兆 means: harbinger of life and death)





Bankai Design: Hagire will tap his zanpakuto 12 times symbolizing that chimes of a clock with the midnight hour. He will then say “Bankai, Seitoshi no zenchō” hiswhole body is covered in a black and gold glow and symbolizes life and death.

Hagire can fast forward an object's "time" into the future, making it decay rapidly or rush to attack an opponent. Hagire can be even used to stop an object's "time" by freezing it in midair and from a much greater distance, he can also rewind a damaged object's or a person’s "time" to restore it to its original state, like turning ice back into water or a wound to disappear.

Saigo no nenrei (最後の年齢 Last Ages): A taboo technique which Hagire rapidly speed the time of a person or object. The body of the person begins to horribly age rapidly.  The aging process can make a person become young or old be will not stop until the person is die or Hagire’s hand is removed.
