here is the slyly and greedy 3rd seat of division 8 and  head of degn of the department of  sword smiths, forging and maintenance.  Egao Dorobō

he like many in his division is a man with  passion for his craft  but to his captain's dismay his craft is that of greed careful this sly fox doesn't steal you heart of your head.
